Refund Policy

Both defective and non-defective items may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Qualifying non-defective reasons include a change of mind, preference, or choosing the wrong product. Damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing pieces, and material differences from the description are also reviewable.

Condition and timing

Submit the request no later than 30 days after the item was delivered. Merchandise must be new, unused, and in original condition, with the original packaging, tags, and every supplied accessory.

The request should contain the order number, checkout email, and reason. When damage, a defect, an incorrect item, or missing content is involved, include clear photographs or video showing the merchandise and package.

Return route

Returns take place by mail after approval. The package includes a free return label, and there is no restocking fee. An unapproved parcel should not be mailed back.

Outcome

An exchange is fulfilled only when suitable stock remains. If a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method within 10 days; the bank or provider can take additional time to post it.
