Delays and delivery problems

Reach out for a significant delay, suspected loss, a delivered scan without a located parcel, shipping damage, or an unavailable destination. Preserve the package and record damage with photographs or video. Send the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, delivery details, and an explanation so the carrier event and possible next steps can be reviewed.
